Attractive entrance/foyer and very friendly check-in clerk.

The manager, and the room was not inspected prior to our arrival. It was musty and the carpets was soaking wet.

The grounds to this hotel are pleasing enough on the eyes and the amenities are fair as well. The little kitchenette was a nice added touch to an inexpensive room. But if you are a traveler on a tight schedule and want to arrive in your room late at night and quickly go to sleep, then beware! Our stay was in mid-October and our room had not been thoroughly inspected since August. There were serious problems with the room that could have been remedied prior to our arrival. Spacious, well appointed room. Full hot breakfast with fruit, etc.

All went well. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was very good.

The location is not desirable.

Hotel is okay but not as good as the other two Ayres hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were not as nice and the outside appearance seemed to be a cheap motel style.
